If TEAM8 isn't for you, ask for a refund within 13 days of buying. No need to explain.

How to ask

  1. Reply to your receipt email from the store, or contact us with the email you bought with and your order number.
  2. We refund the full price through the store, to the payment method you used.
  3. Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license ends when the refund is made. Please uninstall TEAM8 and delete your copies. The team files it wrote into your projects are yours to keep.

After 13 days

If TEAM8 doesn't work on your computer as described and we can't fix it, contact us anyway and we'll work it out.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
