The receipt email from the store has your download link and order number. Search your inbox for "TEAM8".

Five steps from download to your first seated role.
Install it from claude.com/claude-code, then press Check again. If it's installed somewhere unusual, set its path in Settings, Claude & plugin.
Finish the sign-in on Anthropic's page in your browser, then return to TEAM8 and press Check again. Using API billing instead? Choose Use API billing.
Install the LTS version from nodejs.org and restart TEAM8 and any open Claude Code chats.
Patch notes are required on this project. Say your trigger phrase in a Claude chat or press Write patch notes, then push again. A lead can switch the requirement off in Co-op, Patch notes.
Open the deploy's log: it shows the host's own error. Press Test connection to check the access token and the site or project you picked.
Settings, Appearance, Window shape, Standard, then restart TEAM8.
In Settings, Claude & plugin, press Install in the terminal, or install it yourself (on Windows: winget install rtk-ai.rtk), then press Check again.
Connect Gmail, Google Calendar and the rest in your Claude account's connector settings, using the account Claude Code is signed in with, then press Refresh. A connector marked "needs sign-in" wants you to open Claude in the terminal and type /mcp.
For a stack with a dev server, open Log in the Site Builder to see why it didn't start; usually the packages aren't installed yet (run npm install in the terminal). For a plain HTML site, check that the site folder has an index.html.
Install TEAM8 there and sign in to Claude Code. Your projects keep their team files; app settings live in %APPDATA%\TEAM8 (Gaming), %APPDATA%\TEAM8 Build or %APPDATA%\TEAM8 Basic if you want to copy them.
